  Hey there, I looked over the report and didn't see any structural issues other that the grading of the soil needed to go away from the house.  I chose Paula Price because she is a licensed engineer, not many inspectors are engineers and if she didn't see any issues, I wouldn't worry about it.  I know you've had your issues with your current house and that's why I prefer to have an engineer evaluate the issue vs. someone that will make money on repairs!  Paula is very good, and very thorough and if she thinks there is an issue, she'll definately let you know.   Have a great holiday weekend packing!  Thanks, Carolyn W.
